Turnaround: 3–6 weeks depending on project complexity and documentation.

Revisions: Two rounds included; additional revisions or scope changes billed separately.

Client input: All available plans, site details, and specifications must be supplied.

Meetings: One review meeting + one final handover included; extra meetings or site visits quoted separately.

IP & Licensing: All documentation remains the intellectual property of Sanus Build. A license fee applies if used with another builder.

This is a fixed-fee professional service and is non-refundable once work has commenced.

PAC documentation is owned by Sanus Build. If documentation is used with another builder, a licensing fee applies
